This is a fully furnished house.  All bedding, linens, towels and kitchen utensils are included.  There is a flat panel television, a laptop, and Wi-Fi internet access. All domestic calls are toll free. There is an outdoor shower. There is a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Guests are asked to refill the tank on their own. For optimal safety, there is an alarm system and video surveillance.

There is no daily cleaning service; the cleaning fee is for professional cleanup at the end of your stay. The housekeeper comes every Saturday for maintenance cleaning. There is a washer/dryer unit for light loads of laundry.
